Say what's real

So today I was in deep thought about nothing, wondering to myself what makes it all worth it.

I cannot go back to the dark place that I was in for the last few months.

Am I selfish or is it self preservation?

To bare one's soul to, 

To open one's heart,

Mind, Body, Spirit.

I can't trust...
Lots of I's in this

O interruptions in my thought patterns,
I'm ready to go.
Not gonna risk it nomore.

I have little to offer and want nothing in return.
